London, Jonathan Cape, 2012, first edition, first printing. Book basically looks unread, though it has been half-read, once, by me, and been on my shelves ever since. There is a charity shop price-sticker on the back which I haven't attempted to remove.

London, Secker and Warburg, 1989. First edition, first printing. Book tight, pages yellowing, no inscriptions. There is a previous owner's bookplate on the inside page, but it's rather a cute. A Georgina Barrett Bindle, apparently. Dustwrapper, not priceclipped, some small signs of wear to the top and bottom.

London, Collins, 1986. First edition, first printing. Book tight, pages yellowing. Dustwrapper bit grubby, one inch tear to the top back cover.

London, Wiedenfeld and Nicholson, 2003. First edition, first printing. Book tight and fine, except for some dustmarks to the top of the book, and pages yellowing. Dustwrapper fine. The book looks unread actually, has been on my shelves for years.

London, Virago, 1999. First edition, first impression. Book tight, no inscriptions, slight dust markings to the top of the book. Dustwrapper bright, unclipped and with only minimal shelfwear.

London, Sceptre, 2000. First edition, first impression. Book tight, no inscriptions, slight dust markings to the top of the book. Dustwrapper bright and unclipped, no obvious shelfwear.

London, Picador, 1997. First edition, first impression. Book tight, no inscriptions, quite a lot of dust markings to the top of the book. Dustwrapper bright and unclipped, some edgewear, particularly to the bottom of the spine.

London, Penguin, 2000. First edition, first printing. Paperback, read once and on my shelves ever since. Minimal shelfwear. 12 stories issued to raise money for the Treehouse Trust for Autistic Children. Authors include Zadie Smith, Dave Eggars, Robert Harris, Roddy Doyle, Irvine Welsh and Helen Fielding. A bargain.

Methuen, 1980, first edition, first printing. Book tight and bright, no inscriptions, slightest dust marking to the top of the book. Dustwrapper, intact, unclipped, a fair bit of edgewear, particularly to the top, but a nice copy of a nice book, which seems set far earlier than 1980, or at least it does to me, someone the same age as… Ler mais sobre este item

New York, Farrar, Strauss and Giroux, 2000. Book tight and bright (and thin!), no inscriptions or other markings. Dustwrapper unclipped, seems a bit grubby to the front and back, but only minimal edgewear.

New York, Totem Press/Corinth Books, 1961. First edition, first printing. Inside and outside of front and back cover foxed. The rest okay, smells a bit of second hand bookshops, though it's certainly been in my possession since 1980. There's a crossed out inscription to the title page, replaced by my name and the number 12. That makes this the 12th… Ler mais sobre este item

New York, Cherry Valley Editions, 1978. Been in my possession since the early 1980's, (sadly it has my name inscribed in to the top of the title page - plus the number 121). Not sure how the cover has become so foxed (see image). Clean and bright inside.

London, Faber and Faber, 2000. First edition, first printing. Book is unread. (It was a present to me, on publication, and I never got around to it). Tight, bright, no inscriptions, the faintest of dust-markings to the top of the book, the dustwrapper with the slightest of shelfwear. .

London, Faber and Faber, 1997. Book tight, no inscriptions or other markings. Dustwrapper unclipped, slight fading to the spine, quite scuffed and worn, tiny tear to the front top left cover and other edgewear.

London, Viking, 1986. First edition, first impression. Book tight and clean, no inscriptions, pages yellowing at the edges. Dustwrapper not clipped, a 1 inch tear to the bottom front spine and some lower creases and other edgewear.

London, Jonathan Cape, 1995. First edition, second impression. Looks unread. At least I'm not sure I've ever read it, and I've had it since publication. No inscriptions, only slight shelfwear to the dustwrapper.

London, Hodder and Stoughton, 1988. First edition, first printing. Book tight, no inscriptions, some foxing to the top of the book. Dustwrapper, clipped, a price sticker to the back cover, some edgewear and a tiny bit grubby. There's a review of the book from The Times, dated 5th June 1988 laid-in.
