New York: American Artists Group. Good in Good dust jacket. 1947. First Edition. Hardcover. Signed, inscribed and dated by author on front endpaper. First edition (no additional printings listed). Hard cover published by American Artists Group in 1947. Gray covers with red lettering on front and spine. Corners of covers are bumped some, and covers have some edge wear. Front endpaper has some small stains near bottom. Dust jacket is faded some along spine, is worn and chipped with some small missing pieces along edges, and is worn at the corners. DJ has some writing on back inner flap and is in good condition. Also included are two handwritten and signed letters by Zorach to the person who he inscribed the book to, and a carbon copy of the letter that was written to Zorach. This correspondence was about prices and costs of doing a commemorative sculpture in Dallas. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 302 pages .
