New impression hardback in the Reader’s Library series, translated by Mrs John Galsworthy and with an introduction by Joseph Conrad, 1920, in an unclipped jacket. In overall good used condition in a fair dust jacket with some minor signs of age, handling and storage - dust jacket rubbed, chipped and nicked (now protected); boards slightly rubbed. Binding tight and appears little read. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions; foxing to page-ends but text bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Not an old library book.
