NY: Faber & Faber, 2003, 1st Edition, 334 pages including notes, selected bibliography, acknowledgments, and index. This book is from the collection of Doc Erickson, the production manager who worked with Hitchcock at Paramount on Rear Window, To Catch A Thief, The Man Who Knew Too Much, The Trouble with Harry and Vertigo. There is a gift inscription from Erickson's daughter on the half title page. Laid in is a signed, typed letter from the author to Doc Erickson asking for advice in getting the screenplay of the book into the hands of someone who might see it as a viable project. Also included is the advertising card for the book. Cover and text in very good condition with minimal rubbing but age-toning on page edges. Gift inscription on half title page.
