The types are Sabon & Candara. Printing done by AMP Printing in Dublin, CA and supervised by Susan Schaefer: binding was done by Roswell Bookbinding, Phoenix, AZ. Fine linen cloth over boards, green spine and tan covers, gilt titles in near fine matching slipcase. Only 12 holdings located in OCLC as of 5/2024.
