Paneled burgundy cloth with gilt spine and cover titles, yellow endpapers. A physician and surgeon, Storer was an early anti-abortion activist who (successfully) lead a nationwide crusade to criminalize abortion. Light rub to the gilt of a few letters in cover title, else near fine, unfoxed, pages clean and bright, no markings. A very attractive copy. Scarce. . Hard. Near Fine/No Jacket, As Issued. 12mo.
