Delightful double page coloured illustrations throughout, verses of the old rhyme inset. On rear endpaper is a list of all the birds featured which the child reader is asked to identify. Spine and lower margin of upper cover faded to a light blue colour, lettering bright. No inscriptions, a near Fine clean crisp copy, issued without dustwrapper.
