Cloth worn, bumped to spine tips and fore-edge corners, frayed to bottom fore-edge corners, sunned to spine with titles very faded. Spine square. Binding sound. FFEP missing. Early owner's name penned to fly leaf. Heavily foxed through front matter and to fly leaves following text; the text itself is clean. Steel engraving illustrations at frontis and title page.
