Interior with some light foxing to the end papers, title pages and initial pages of the volume Henry Hallam (July 9, 1777 - January 21, 1859) was an English historian. Hallam, was a fellow of the Royal Society, and a trustee of the British Museum. In 1830 he received the gold medal for history, founded by George IV.
