Includes some reference miscellany such as "The Mayors of Victoria," "Important Dates in Victoria's History," and "City Ordinances and By-Laws 1862." Historical notes include "James Douglas Called It An Eden," "Address of Governor James Douglas to the Miners on the Banks of the Fraser River," and a newspaper article covering "A Ball to the Navy" in 1890. Wraps damaged with patches of the upper layer of paper rubbed or eaten away. Internal pages toned, but otherwise undamaged. No ownership markings.
