Condition: Very good (corner bumped) in very good minus dust jacket (small chip; spine bit tanned). -- Original language publication was 1947. Novel of siblings, described by the author as "a conversation with his dead brother," set in Florence, written with "unusual warmth and love." The author (1913-1991) was most known for his novels of the working class.
