London, Henry Frowde, Hodder & Stoughton, ca1910 1st. Tall hardback, approx 11.5 x 10 inches. Quarterbound with olive green cloth to spine and olive paper covered boards, with colour plate to front. Colour illustrated endpapers. In very good condition. Cover a little darkened, some handling marks; corners bumped and rubbed around edges nicks/chips to cloth on ends of spine. Glue repair to partial crack at bottom of front hinge. Some mild foxing to halftitle page, inscriptions to top corner dated 1936 & 1975. Some tanning and mild foxing spots to inside pages throughout. Plates all clean and bright. Else a very good clean and tight copy. Unpaginated. 24 Full-page colour plates, each with accompanying page of text. Illustrated title page.
