London: Chatto and Windus, 1908. Hardcover. 12mo, xix, 137 pages. In Good minus condition with a Fair minus dust jacket. Spine is brown with black print. Dust jacket in mylar. Has edgewear with small tears at spine ends and flap corners, front hinge torn its length. Boards in grey paper with gilt image on front. Wear to spine caps and corners. Text block has grey tinted top edge, deckle edges. Name in ink on front flyleaf, tanning to endpapers, cracked front hinge. Illustrated: sepia frontispiece and plates.
