Rubbing and creasing at ends of spine; title plate scuffed and mottled. Minor scuffing to cloth, slight speckling to rear board. Infrequent light foxing throughout text; foxing more prominent on reverse of half-title, frontis. and title. Crack in front hinge at head, exposing gauze, but binding is otherwise sound. Else fine. A very nice copy. Very Good. (Subject: Americana & Regional History).
