Condition is VG: very clean, save for light handling soil to outside page edges. Binding secure & straight, pages white with age-appropriate tanning around all edges. NO writing/underlining/highlighting; not ex-lib. Only flaw is mild-moderate rubbing to extremities, heaviest along bottom edges & corners.
