Sobre este item
USA: Perma, 1956. First printing. Paperback in publisher's illustrated card covers, all edges tinted red. Some very light rubbing and a couple of creases to corners otherwise a clean bright copy of a fragile book, housed in a custom-made gilt-titled cloth chemis. Some expected wear, joints rubbed, some damp-marking but no major defects. In "Too Hot to Handle," James Bond is assigned to investigate a case involving the world of diamond smuggling. Bond's mission takes him to various exotic locations, including the United States and the African continent. Along the way, he encounters a variety of characters, including a beautiful woman named Tiffany Case, who becomes a central figure in the story. The novel explores themes of espionage, international intrigue, and the criminal underworld, all of which are common elements in Ian Fleming's James Bond novels. As with many of Fleming's Bond novels, "Too Hot to Handle" combines action, suspense, and a touch of romance as Bond works to uncover and thwart a nefarious plot.
