Chicago: M.A. Donohue & Co., 1894. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Green cloth with black tiles to the front and spine. 484 pp. A reprint with last copyright date of 1894 ( first published in 1866), but probably published in the early 1920's. Neat PO signature and address dated 1924 on FEP along with blind stamp of Brenham City Schools, Brenham ,Texas on FEP and BEP. This copy is VG in a G only , unclipped DJ. Exterior is rich and clean with minimal signs of wear. Inside is unmarked, crisp, and firmly bound with modest/even toning and two pages of advertising at the rear. DJ is intact but with mulipletears along the spine and an old tape repair holding the spine together. One 2" closed tear at the bottom front edge as well. SCARCE in DJ..
