Staten Island, NY: Staten Island Continuum of Education, Inc., 1980. Book. Near Fine. Soft cover. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Large format paperback, perfect bound in stiff pictorial card covers. 173 pages. Bibliography. Students survey form and folded large "Chronological Chart of the Architectural Composite Styles on Staten Island" (20" x 16") laid-in loose. Profusely illustrated throughout with artist renderings, line drawings, maps and photographs. First edition. No previous ownership marks. No spine crease. Book is clean, tight, and unmarked with sharp corners and no marks but for some incidental toning to lower front cover. A near as new, unread copy. In addition, a twelve page exhibition catalog is included, entitled: "Staten Island Architectural Drawings" [June 29 - September 28, 1980]. A large pamphlet, measuring 9" x 9", the catalog is from the exhibition sponsored by Staten Island Institute of Arts and Sciences and the Staten Island Historical Society. Illustrated with half-tones and architectural drawings. Light toning to covers at spine, else a clean, unmarked and fresh copy of a very scarce piece of Staten Island ephemera. Both items are near fine. .
