Ex-library book, usual stickers and stamps to front end papers. Cover and spine are damaged and stained but the book remains complete and in fair condition apart from one plate which is separated at the spine. This is a reader's copy.

Moderate foxing and light tanning to pages and plates. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Light cracking to gutters and hinges with netting slightly exposed but binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has slightly heavier tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound hardcover, clean, if very lightly toned interior, minimal rubbing to extremities. Dealer stamp, neatly affixed, inside front flap. Bluish-gray cloth over boards, sharp and distinct gilt lettering to front cover, inset illustration of a train chugging around the bend at the basic of a mountain range, quite fine. Inside rear flap is 20-panel blue and white map of "Travel by Canadian Pacific Steamship and Railway Services All the Way," leading to shadowing opposite.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
