This is followed by 100 superb full page color plates of the prints, with notes on each print on facing page; artists include Mary Cassat, Whistler, Milton Avery, Stuart Davis, and John Taylor Arms, Margaret Jordan Patterson, William Meyerowitz and many others. Includes artists' biographies, and selected bibliography. Text contributions by Clinton Adams and Karen F. Beall. A wonderful book to look through. Catalogue from the exhibition held at the Amon Carter Museum, July - September 1990; The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, October - December 1990; and the Worcester Art Museum, September to November 1991.
