Washington DC: Embassy of the union of soviet socialist republics, 1971. Magazine. Thirty-seven issues, various pagination,10.25x14 inches in glossy wraps all showing cover various degrees of wear. Top edges of issues stained and dirty. Issues include: Jan, Feb, Jul and Aug for 1965, Aug & Dec for 1966, Apr & Dec for 1967 [April issue has several noticeable stains on cover], Feb-Apr, Jul, Oct-Dec for 1968 [April issue has torn cover at top of spine], Jan-Aug, Oct-Dec for 1969, Jan-Apr, Aug, Sep & Oct for 1970 [Jan issue has previous owners name penciled in upper left corner of cover], Jan, Apr, May & Jul for 1971. Soviet Life was the U.S.S.R.'s equivilent to "Life" and "Look" magazines, a popular pictorial.
