In remarkably good condition in green cloth with gilt decorated front, spine and titles. Corners and spine edges lightly sciffed. Sewn binding tight and solid, square, endbands. Hinges intact. Top edge gilt. Fore-edge and lower edge rough cut. May be some uncut leaves. Frontis plate with lettered and illustrated guard. Three other plates, monotone. Internals lightly toned, in remarkably good condition--clean, no markings, no creases or tears.
