An insightful religious text by the influential author John Bunyan.This work explores the symbolism of Solomon's Temple in the Bible, analysing how the Temple in Jerusalem could be used to expose the truths of the New Testament, as well as discussing the existence and foundations of the Temple.Solomon's Temple is a biblical Temple believed to exist in between the 10th and 6th centuries BCE. Collated, bound without the frontispiece. John Bunyan is better known for his allegorical novel 'The Pilgrim's Progress'. In a full calf binding. Externally, a little worn, with rubbing and some light discolouration to the boards and spine. Minor bumping to the extremities. Small cracks to the tail of the joints. A small amount of loss to the tail of the spine. Front hinge is starting but firm. Lacking the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some scattered spots. Lacking the frontispiece. Good
