Last four unpaginated pages are ads contain ads for three Hearn titles. Dust jacket chipped by lower spine tip. Cloth binding with small loss by lower rear spine tip. Interior-wise clean and tight. Former owner's name written lightly in red ink over textual info on title page.
Sinopse
This a collection of Japanese folk tales about the supernatural, gleaned by Lafcadio Hearn during his life in Japan. At least one of these stories (the reconciliation) featured in the 1960's classic Japanese movie 'Kwaidan' (pronounced 'Kai-dan in modern Japanese).
