Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 417 pages, plus black-and-white illustrations, five different endpaper maps; blue cloth covers with very bright and clear gilt lettering to front cover (spine lettering just slightly faded), just a hint of shelf wear to cover corner tips, gentle bumps to spine ends, but very gently used, tight in binding, small bookplate of previous owner inside front cover, otherwise very clean and unmarked throughout, no foxing; DJ chipped at spine and hinge ends, several tiny tears, but intact and about 98% complete, now in new mylar protector. . Hard Cover. Very Good ++/Good.
