Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout, heavier at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Previous owner's inscription to front end-paper. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Minor fraying to cloth at spine ends. Board covering is slack at spine. Heavy staining damp and dust staining to boards. Moderate tanning to spine.
