Fine in near fine dustjacket (light fading to spine; minor wear to extremities with small chipping to spine head). 'A thorough study of the trial and execution of Tom Horn... A threatened lawsuit required the author and publisher to rewrite and replace seven pages of the illustrations and text after the volume had been printed but before it was released.'
