New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1892. Hardcover. Near Fine. First edition. Gilt-stamped blue cloth, top edge gilt. Front hinge seamlessly repaired, corners a little bumped, very good or better. Poems on various subjects, including Sherman, Grant, Wilkie Collins, and a somewhat bizarre, perhaps unintentionally anti-Semitic poem, "Chakey Einstein." In a twist, Inscribed TO Bunner from *Puck Magazine* artist Frank M. Hutchins. Both men were charter members of The Cloister" club of artists and writers. This copy has been embellished in the text with three delicate little watercolors by *Puck Magazine* artists Samuel Ehrhart (p.7), C.J. Taylor (p.28), and Frank M. Hutchins (p.98). Each artist has signed his painting. A unique little volume.
