New York: American Museum of Natural History, 1912. First Edition . Paper Wraps. Good+/No Jacket. 4to. Complete in three volumes. Numerous plates, many of which are colored. Publisher's correction sheet is laid in each volume stating that the actual publication date was June 1913, due to a delay in the preparation of the plates. Most text leaves remain un-opened. Color plates are brilliant and in lovely condition, though most show light offsetting to the adjacent text page. Paper wrap covers are chipped and worn along edges, and there is a little light wear along edges of contents. Volume are otherwise bright, clean, and intact. Due to the weight and size of this set, additional charges may apply for Priority and/or International shipping.
