Pamphlet. 15p., presswork on luxurious paper, fastened with rusting staples which have migrated, softbound in 9x6.5 inch embossed cardstock wraps with black & red titling over a pale green-grey tint block. Nice-looking item pace faint marginal toning and tiny rust-spots. In sum, good (good-only) condition, else cleanly and entirely unmarked. Publisher's note states that "this is an excerpt from the remarkable speech made by His Excellency..on the 10th July, 1953..in the Library Hall of the National Assembly, in which once more the Prime Minister deals with the problem of Portuguese India..
