A tight, clean, sound copy in orange cloth covered boards with gold lettering on the spine and a graphic blind stamped on the front with moderate overall wear plus some light scattered spotting overall plus some light soiling and some fading of the spine plus some light bumping of the right corners plus the usual library markings on the spine, top and bottom outside paper edges, back endpaper, and inside surfaces of the front and back boards plus a mark in red marker at the top right corner of the front endpaper plus some light yellowing of the outside paper edges plus some underlining on pages 36 and 37 plus the back hinge is a little loose. A book on the historical development of Judaism. Abbreviations, bibliography, index of subjects, index of scripture passages, 304p.. First American Edition. Hard Cover.
