Reader’s Digest, 1960 July. First Edition. Softcover. Near Fine/--. 7 3/8 H x 5 1/2 W x 3/8 inch. NON SMOKING STORE. My listing includes PHOTO OF ACTUAL BOOK for sale. Book Interior NEAR FINE/ Covers Near Fine. Coated stock. Covers are white/green, lettering black, pictorial front. Covers and spine are flat, clean, bright, no rips, no bent corners, two or three faint vertical creases on spine, pink mark on white of back cover 1 inch long, a few small areas of minor rubbing, miniscule edge wear. Page edges slightly sunned. Inside of book is tight, clean, clear, bright, flat. Small bit of age darkening inside covers at binding and on edges of some pages. Open side edge of magazine is slightly uneven in places. Special Edition Cover Canada Confederation 1867 - 1960. Page 16 has RARE ad for the COMET AIRCRAFT, designed and built in the United Kingdom, it was the first jet airliner and it led the way for other jets to follow. Front cover is a fold-out with An Age Of Concentration by Paul Engle and masthead on reverse. Back cover is a fold-out advertisement for B. F. Goodrich.

I'm very careful in describing my books accurately and I've done so to the best of my ability using the IOBA Book Condition guidelines. All items are from a smoke-free, clean, dry environment. My books are from a large private collection, very well taken care of and rarely handled. All descriptions and photos are of the actual books I'm selling. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding my books, just ask. IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.
This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
