Velikovsky has an interpretation of ancient history that differs from mainstream thinking. He documents his writings with footnotes and his style of writing is readily accessible to the layman. Contains end paper maps as well as illustrations and maps in the text. Original publisher's black cloth covers with gilt spine lettering. There are a few light spots to the the cover, else this is a clean, tight, unmarked book. The dust jacket is also in nice condition with only a few minor short marginal tears; the jacket spine is also lightly sunned. ; B&W Illustrations; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 270 pages .
