Hardcover.  Decorated boards lightly soiled and shelfworn, with spine strip darkened and spine ends starting to chip and fray. Internally, end-pages slightly age-toned with previous owners names to 1st free end-page with a bookplate to inside front board. Otherwise paper is slighlty age-toned but clean. The binding is tight but slightly cocked, and hinges intact. Overall, a very good copy.
