However the poems became much beloved by the American public, the collection including poems such as 'A Fallen Leaf', 'How Like the Sea', 'Says Cupid to Mammon', 'Friendship After Love', and more.Undated, dated by a copy held at the British Library. In the publisher's original cloth. Externally very smart with slight fading to the spine, a closed tear to the rear joint, a very small closed tear to the head of the spine and damp stains to the rear board. Front hinge starting with offsetting to free endpapers. Internally firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages with light spotting to the front blanks. Ink inscription dated 1918 to the front blank. Very Good
