Halifax, Nova Scotia: City of Halifax, Tourist and Travel Department,, 1949. 32 pp, 8 3/4" H - stapled in wraps. B&w photographs, drawings, blue & white illustrations on insides of covers. Inscribed on title page: "For Colonel C.P. Stacey / with many thanks for the / copy of the Halifax history / John P. Martin." (Colonel Charles Percy was a Canadian historian noted for his works on military history.) A driving & walking guide book to Halifax, Nova Scotia and its history, printed to commemorate the city's Bicentenary. Interior - slight rusting to the staples, very light browning to the margins of the pages, a soft crease in the middle of the fore-edge of the pages (from opening the book), otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - a soft crease at the middle of the fore-edge of the covers, light browning to the covers edges and on the spine. Inscribed by Author.. Third Revision.. Soft Cover. Very Good-.
