Sobre este item
Paris, imp. Dufré: noy, 1921. Folding plan of Paris, 48.5 x 68cm, sheet size 56 x 75 cms, engraved by L. Poulmaire, major public buildings shown in relief, Métropolitain and Nord-Sud underground lines overprinted in red, blank verso, folding into red cloth covers with index to streets and attractions etc, a little loose. This well known series of birds-eye plans can be difficult to date precisely, but in this case 1921 seems most likely. Alma Station on Line 1 was renamed George V in 1920, and here retains its original name. However, the accompanying index appears to have been printed in 1921, and the Line 7 extension, which includes Pont Neuf, is shown as under construction (opened 1926). Book
