William Heinemann, 1929. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1929. New impression. 443 pages. No dust jacket. Black cloth with gilt titles to spine. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting, however text block remains firm. Previous owner's inscription to pre title page and title page. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Slight faint water stains. Gilt is bright.
