Revised edition. 4to, xxvii + 667 complete with 2 colour plates (1 being frontis) and b/w photographic plates and illustrations throughout. Hardcover no dust jacket. Grey cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine and front board in good condition with fading to gilt on spine and a few marks. Inside previous owners name to ffe paper and sellers plate to paste down. All pages in very good clean condition with a few small marks to fore edge. This is a heavy book and extra postage may be required for overseas orders.
