The boards, spine, endpages and gilt/lettering are all pristine. The pages are clean, having no markings or folds. The dustjacket is bright, with mild wear to the edges and extremities. There is a small chip to upper spine of wrapper, and a dime size chip at lower spine of wrapper. Original price is intact. Brodart protection minimizes the appearance of any wear. No remainder mark. Not ex-lib. Signed by author on free end page and inscribed, "To ___________ a kindred spirit I hear. With great gratitude. Celestine Sibley". Several newspaper clippings pertaining to the author are laid in.
