There is a surface tear and a small library sticker on the top cover. Most of the paper wrap covers are lacking over the spine. Contents show small curls at corners and a few smudges and light wear. Overall volume remains fairly tight and the contents are otherwise very clean. Although there are copies in libraries, no other copies are on the market as of this writing, and the last appearance at auction was more than one hundred years ago in 1917. . First Edition.
