Sobre este item

Simon and Schuster, 1962-01-01. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. Simon and Schuster, 1962. Roger Erskine Longrigg writing as Rosalind Erskine. Hardcover, 189 pp. Stated Second printing. Good in acceptable dust jacket. White illustrated cloth covered boards have scuffing and soiling to edges of covers and spine. Binding tight. Pages lightly aged but otherwise unmarked. Dust jacket has several 1/2" or less chips and tears and creasing along edges. Moderate overall scuffing, aging and soiling to jacket as well. Now in an archival-quality (removable) Brodart Cover. NOT price clipped. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. [From jacket flaps] Miss Sarah Calendar of the Bryant House School is very nearly fifteen and quite developed, but, alas, she is terribly frustrated (it's not desire - it's curiosity). Mr. Colin Sanderson of the nearby Longcombe School is almost seventeen, slim and elegant, but unfortunately he too is inexperienced. Then Sarah reads a book about prostitution. As a result she and her good friends - the Lady Janet Wigtoun, the Hon. Melissa Bristow, Miss Mary-Rose Byng-Bentall et al. - establish the Syndicate. "The Syndicate Will Meet Your Needs." To the rallying cry "We want English orgies," they inaugurate a wide repertoire of services for their boys' school clientele, all carefully enumerated in their List of Charges (see the front of this dust jacket). And so "Princess Puma" and "Gaby de la Gallantine" dance and sport in the Passion-Flower Hotel, formerly Girls' Gym, as these precocious girls convert their very proper English boarding school into a very efficient and highly professional bordello. This clever spoof of adolescent exploration and turned-about upper-class morality is an explosively funny, delightfully erotic surprise.
