Chapman and Hall, 1951. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1951. No Edition Remarks. 270 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Brown cloth boards with gilt lettering. Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Moderate crinkling to paper at gutter. Pages are heavily tanned and foxed with visible markings throughout. Binding throughout is slightly loose, however all page remain attached. Pencil and pen markings to free endpapers. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is darkened. Visible wear marks to boards. Book has a slight forward lean.
