Harrisburg, PA: Works Progress Adminstration for Pennsylvania, 1936. Book. Very Good. Soft cover. First Edition. Octavo, tan printed stiff wraps with black title and spine titles. 139 pp. plus approximately 40 page Statistical Appendix of tables and charts. Illustrated with about 8 full page black and white photographs and a map. Many of the chapter headings and charts are done with an interesting art deco motif of graphic decoration. A tight, sound square, internally clean, bright, unmarked and undamaged volume. some faint dust/toning to exterior and a faint water mark at bottom rear edge and spine (not affecting interior pages). A straight, thread thin light crease down middle of front wrap. Very minor rubbing at spine tips. Despite the minor defects noted, an attractive collectible copy of this scarce and fragile WPA item. Very good plus..
