Withdrawn from Hammersmith School of Building and Arts and Crafts library with "Withdrawn" stamped (lightly) across upper board, ticket pocket on front pastedown and sticker on ffep, otherwise minimum of stamps. Green covers with gilt and gilt insignia on upper board, maroon endpapers, 366pp, plus 32pp adverts, with 73 illustrations. Covers have moderate wear and rubbing to extrems, moreso at head and foot of spine and splits at head of both joints. Page edges dusty and discoloured, otherwise internally clean and tight.
