Descrição:
Camp O'Donnell was a POW camp in the Philippines where the Japanese imprisoned Americans after the Bataan Death March. It was the camp with the highest mortality rate. The author was the assistant adjutant. After the war he returned to the Philippines to retrieve documents he had buried, which were the genesis of the book. The late Col. Olson subsequently wrote 3 additional books about WW II. He self published this book. There are several appendices in the back. The book has a crease on the bottom front and on the back top. It is in very good plus condition. The pages are clean and unmarked, and the corners are square. The author has signed on the title page (no inscription).
