Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Gutters cracked with exposed netting. Text block is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown. Slight marking and smudging to pastedowns and endpapers. A few dog-eared corners. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. A bit scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Spine is noticeably tanned. Gilt is bright.
