B/w maps/plats on endpapers. Pages are clean and tight. Illustrated with b/w photos and drawings. ***Signed by the author on the title page with "No. 205" under his signature. *** Covers the first 100 years, 1827-1927, of Northville, a suburb of Detroit. Still a quaint downtown, retaining much of it's 19th century atmosphere and appearance. Includes a list of the Village-City President-Mayor from 1827-1927, and an index of names and places. Extremely scarce title, especially as a first, signed and numbered. ; B&W Illustrations; 7 1/4 x 10 1/4; 314+ pages; Cover has slight shelfwear. DJ has some edge wear, rubbing/sunning, and tape along the backside, at the edges; in a mylar cover. ; Signed by Author .
