Signed/inscribed on the front free endpaper: "To Charles K Hofling with friendship and respect(?)./Gustave Eckstein. October 10/43". Charles K. Hofling's bookplate behind the front cover, dust jacket's inside flap (with price) is all that remains of the jacket. Previous booksellers bookplate at bottom behind front cover. Overall a VERY GOOD book with the POOR (remains only) dust jacket. . Full Cloth. Very Good/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.
