Sobre este item
London: J. Bumpus, 1819. Very Good. 8vo. xvii, 384 pp. With nine of ten hand colored aquatint plates. Since there is no evidence in the form of offsetting of the missing plate, it may never have been bound into this particular copy. Notwithstanding its omission, the scarcity of this work of English caricature and illustration from Regency England make this a desirable copy. Prideaux 348. Small repair to the top of one plate, a tiny chip on another, and and a few text pages with a repair. Heavy offsetting onto text pages of plates. Otherwise internally quite clean. Attractively bound in three quarter red morocco.
